How do you deal with profound sadness for people you cannot help?

The telethon for Haiti is on. I am sobbing and aching for the people. Is the ten dollars I gave really going to do any good? Are the millions being raised going to help RIGHT now?

I did the same thing.... Heart breaking.....

I pray for them, wish I could do more. Nice to see so many people opening their hearts and wanting to help.
